Elefsis Shipyards: Agreement between ONEX SHIPYARDS and Neorion Holdings for the acquisition of ELEFSINA SHIPYARDS

In particular, as stated in the relevant announcement: “At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company “NEORION SOCIETE ANONYME OF HOLDINGS “, which took place on May 31, 2019, Friday, it was approved the signing of a private agreement regarding the Expression of Interest of the company ONEX ELEFSIS SHIPYARDS, LLC, for the acquisition, following the validation of the relevant Resolution Plan by the competent Multimember Court of First Instance under section 106b and 106d of the Bankruptcy Code, of part of the assets and liabilities of the subsidiary company SHIPBUILDING AND INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES OF ELEFSINA SA” concludes NEORION.
